How booking works.

Step 1 — Request a quote
Tell us your date, guest count, and event type. We'll send a custom quote within 24 hours.

Step 2 — Reserve your date
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date on our calendar.

Step 3 — Design intake
For Premium and Deluxe events, we'll walk through your theme, fonts, and any custom graphics.

Step 4 — Event day
We arrive early, run the experience, and pack up once all guests keepsakes are complete.

Cancellation & rescheduling
Balance is refundable if canceled 7+ days before the event. One free reschedule within 90 days.

Do you have a minimum guest count?
No minimum — but our base fees are set to make small events (under 8 guests) worthwhile for both sides. Ask about our intimate-event pricing.

Is there a maximum guest count?
We regularly handle up to 100 guests with the right staffing. For 100+, we scale up with multiple stations and operators — request a custom quote.

Can I mix packages?
Yes. Some clients pair a Starter station for kids with a Deluxe station for adults at the same event.

Do you provide the items or do I?
We provide everything by default. If you want to supply your own blanks (branded merchandise, family heirlooms, etc.), we'll quote engraving-only pricing.

How far in advance should I book?
4–8 weeks is ideal. Peak season (May–June, October–December) books faster — reserve early.

How long does engraving take per guest?
2 minutes for Starter charms, 4 minutes for Premium bracelets, and 7 minutes for Deluxe personalization. We staff every event to match your guest count and timing.

What items can you engrave?
Charms, bracelets, cuffs, keychains, cufflinks, pet tags, pendants, and more. If you have a specific item in mind, ask — we probably do it.

What materials can you engrave on?
Aluminum, stainless steel, brass and leather. We can also engrave on many pre-owned items.

Can guests bring their own items to engrave?
Yes — we call this "BYO engraving." We charge an engraving-only rate ($8–$15 per item) and handle it live at your event. Great for family events or existing company merch.

Can you engrave logos or custom graphics?
Absolutely. Premium and Deluxe packages both include custom graphics. Send us your logo or artwork in advance and we'll set it up before the event.

How much space do you need?

Minimum 6-foot table and a standard electrical outlet. If we're outdoors or an outlet isn't available, we bring a portable power station.

Do you set up indoors and outdoors?
Both. Our fume filtration is indoor-safe, and we have weather-appropriate setups for outdoor events. For outdoor events, we ask for a covered area (tent, patio, or shade) in case of sun or rain.

Do we need to provide anything?
No, we can bring everything. If you have limited space we will just need a table or kitchen counter, outlet, and a spot to set up. If you want a specific location within your venue, let us know and we'll coordinate directly with your planner or venue contact.

Is the engraving loud?
No — modern laser engravers are quiet. Fume filtration adds a soft hum, similar to a small air purifier. It won't compete with music or conversation.

Is it safe around kids and guests?
Yes. Our machines are fully enclosed with laser-safe housings, and we set up guest barriers to keep everyone at a safe distance from the beam. We've hosted events with kids as young as 4.

Do guests design their own pieces, or do you?
Both, depending on the package. Starter uses pre-set templates plus first name. Premium and Deluxe include guest design intake on a tablet — guests type their name, choose fonts, and preview their piece before we engrave it.

How many characters can we engrave?
Up to 30 characters per line for most items. Multi-line engraving is available on Premium and Deluxe.

Can we do a custom design for the whole event?
Yes. For weddings, corporate events, and branded activations, we build a custom event graphic (monogram, logo, hashtag, or theme design) that's engraved on every piece. Send us your artwork during design intake.

What fonts do you offer?
50+ fonts across serif, sans-serif, script, and display styles. We can also match your existing brand fonts if you send us the files.

Can I approve the design before the event?
Yes — Premium and Deluxe packages include a design review before your event. For Deluxe, we schedule a 15-minute video consult to walk through everything together.

AFTER THE EVENT

Do you send photos from the event?
Yes. We include a small photo summary (10–15 shots of the setup, engraving in action, and finished pieces) within 5 business days of your event. Great for marketing recaps or personal keepsakes.

Can we hire you again?
Please do. Repeat clients get 10% off future bookings, and we often build ongoing partnerships with corporate clients, retailers, and event planners.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — perfect for gifting an event experience. Ask us about denominations and redemption terms.
